Role Details:

Ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager to ensure deliverables fall within the timeline, applicable scope, and budget. This person will manage communication and coordinate with all other CBS All Access departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and accurate to fulfill team needs. We are looking for a highly organized, timely and dedicated individual who will fit in with a collaborative culture. Ability to efficiently and timely manage a high volume of large-scale projects from initial concept through completion, as well as roadmap for future planning is essential. Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and coordinating west coast teams is critical.

Experience with JIRA, Slack, Kanban, Google Docs, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to and implement new software and project management tools is crucial. A passion for ViacomCBS content and branding is vital.

Key Projects:
• Project Management
• JIRA Backlog Grooming
• Maintaining Agile workflows
• Calendar Management
• Various Administrative Duties including:
• Taking detailed notes
• Following up on team actionables
• Ensuring team processes and documentation remain up to date
• Communication
• Facilitating feedback between multiple stakeholders and teams
• Ensuring all departments remain in sync with the most timely information
• Forecasting and Roadmapping for future projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Bachelors Degree in Media Studies, Communication, Marketing or related field.
• 1+ years of work experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong organizational, communication, administrative, leadership, multi-tasking, self-starting, teamwork skills are crucial.
• Experience with JIRA, Slack, Kanban, Google Docs, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to and implement new software and project management tools is needed.
• Passion for ViacomCBS content.

You might also have -
• Experience working across multiple timezones.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience and have had experience multi-tasking, as well as handling a heavy bandwidth of diverse projects and brands.
• Experience working within the media and streaming landscape.
• Bachelors Degree in Media Studies or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, a keen willingness to learn, ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment and quickly expanding team.
