Responsibilities

The Manager, Finance is an integral member of the NBCUniversal CP finance team, responsible for providing operational and financial support to the LATAM Consumer Products team across all categories (Toys, Fashion & Living, Consumables, Stationery, Publishing). The primary focus will be financial planning and analysis, business development to drive growth, contract negotiations with key partners and collaborate with the local retail teams to align strategies. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task and balance priorities on competing initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Partner with LATAM business / category leads to provide financial analysis and decision support for business expansion and new business opportunities
• Lead LATAM financial planning and analysis for Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts / Pacings, Long Range Planning and Quarterly Close cycles and report into the Consumer Products Consolidation team
• Lead business review discussions from a financial perspective, approve financial aspects of all new and contract renewals including any exceptions to deal guidelines
• Provide analyses and support for key growth areas/initiatives that supports the Global Consumer Products Group as well as regionally in LATAM
• Provide industry trend analyses for targeted categories, including leveraging POS and NPD data
• Create and maintain revenue FP&A models
• Partner with the wider Consumer Products FP&A team to set up/roll-out new processes and procedures, and opportunities for operational improvements
• Assist with integration and implementation of new licensing systems
• Lead/assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
• Ad Hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Language skills required (Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency)
• Business Development experience preferred
• Consumer Products / Retail experience a plus
• Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with SAP preferred
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• General accounting knowledge required
