Job Description

The Job

The purpose of the role is to support the full spectrum of compensation functional services across EMEA. The Reward Senior Analyst will work with the Reward Managers on the day to day delivery of effective Compensation programmes that recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, and performance and ensure that reward programmes are in line with market practice and business strategy. In addition, they will support on ad-hoc project work and provide analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the overall HR function and contributing to provide insight on current projects, lessons learned and best practice.

The Daily
• Work with the Reward Managers to deliver total rewards strategies, ensuring effective implementation within the regions
• Support the Reward Managers in the implementation of core reward processes e.g., annual pay review cycle, bonus, sales and other variable incentive schemes, providing analytical evaluation and ensuring data accuracy
• Work closely with and support the Reward Managers in the roll-out and ongoing management of salary structures across the region, ensuring adoption across the business and maintenance of data integrity and best practice processes
• Conduct market pricing/benchmarking across total reward, coordinate and manage regular salary and compensation benchmarking survey submissions for all WM businesses, working with a range of external providers and relevant internal stakeholders ensuring WM has visibility of market and industry trends in compensation
• Support in the delivery of compensation training, and communications across the regions, seeking feedback as appropriate and including new starter orientation and ongoing provision of up to date and easy to access Compensation information on WarnerMediaOne
• Provide analysis and drive the coordination and administration of recognition bonus and sales incentive schemes, partnering with Finance and wider HR team including annual review of plan, rules, documentation and process

The Essentials
• Significant professional experience in a fast-paced multinational business environment
• Knowledge of relevant market practices and international law governing salary
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Tableau, highly numerate and analytical
• Knowledge of Workday as well as other HR systems and processes
• Ability to effectively analyse and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and to present data in a logical, concise manner
• Excellent and proactive written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics and ability to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholders
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and self-reliant
• Demonstrates highest attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior project management skills (organization, planning, and time management)
• Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
• Display absolute discretion and confidentiality
