Senior Manager, Commerce Partnerships

Responsibilities
TODAY Digital, the multiplatform arm of America's favorite morning show, is looking for a Commerce Partnerships Manager to oversee our merchant relationships. The role will be responsible for identifying and signing new brands into the Shop TODAY affiliate program, growing affiliate revenue, conceiving of and launching large-scale paid affiliate campaigns and acting as the liaison with the NBC ad sales team.

This role will also be tasked with identifying growth opportunities in the ecommerce space, discerning how those opportunities fit within the existing brand, and executing on each opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the industry and should understand the nuances of content marketing at a large publisher. This person should be organized, detail-oriented and able to work with many different groups of people at any given time. They will be expected to work seamlessly with the editorial, custom productions, sales and broadcast teams, and should be knowledgeable of what performs with our target audience.

Job Description:
• Manage the Shop TODAY affiliate program
• Onboard new affiliate networks and new affiliate partners
• Identify and grow relationships with top brand partners
• Launch and manage all paid partnerships
• Coordinate with the sales team, custom productions team, Shop TODAY editorial team & the broadcast team on a regular basis
• Help bring new brands into specialty programs like Steals & Deals

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:
• 4+ years marketing or ad sales experience, commerce

experience a plus
• 2+ years affiliate or partnership management experience

Skills:
• Knowledge of the ecommerce landscape and commerce

content trends
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms including

Skimlinks, Amazon, Linkshare and Rakuten a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to manage many different tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across

multiple teams
