Responsibilities
Role Purpose:

NBCUniversal is dedicated to fostering a culture grounded in principles of mutual respect. The Fair Employment group serves as a key, central point of contact to address concerns raised by employees, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This role is responsible for tracking, reporting, and metrics related to the various programs and initiatives of the Fair Employment group across the enterprise. This person will partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure programs and procedures are implemented seamlessly. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, critical-thinking professional who is proactive, results-driven and understands the role and purpose within an organization. The Fair Employment Practices Analyst reports to the Senior Counsel, Labor & Employee Relations.

Responsibilities:
• Track and report on internal investigations for various business units to identify trends
• Develop metrics around investigations and trainings to inform and measure Fair Employment efforts
• Create and prepare quarterly reports on investigations for specific business units and Company as a whole
• Serve as a system administrator and subject matter expert for newly-implemented case management system
• Maintain and update database to store/retrieve information on investigations, respect in the workplace trainings, and concerns raised through the Company's integrity helpline
• Develop tools to standardize processes and scale the function
• Collaborate with broader team on positive employee relations initiatives
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in a professional role requiring strong analytical and organizational skills, preferably in Employee Relations, Employment Law or Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Sound business judgment, and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, including appropriately prioritizing among them
• Excellent and accurate oral and written communication skills; proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and across all levels of company personnel
• Past experience in working with multiple clients across departments and geographies
• Able to work in a tea- oriented environment; willing to assist others as needed
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized
• Proficiency with web-based databases and Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
