Animal Logic is recognised as one of the world's leading independent creative digital studios, producing award winning design, visual effects and animation for almost 30 years. We are currently working on a number of Animated Feature Films including DC Super Pets and an exciting new project with Netflix!

Are you an HR Assistant or an experienced Administrator who is available to join our team for a 12-month period? Utilise your time management skills to assist in this fast-paced role, supporting local and international artists to relocate and on-board into a growing team, on a variety of animated projects!

What you'll get to do:
• The coordination of the on-boarding of new staff including assisting with the new starter documentation
• Creating and maintaining personnel files in an accurate and structured manner
• Exiting of staff including exit interviews, repatriation & separation documentation
• Administrative responsibilities of the department (processing invoices & relocation expenses)
• Provide general administrative support across the wider HR Team
• Provide excellent customer service for the HR department by being the central point of contact for general queries

What you bring:
• An active and enthusiastic interest in Human Resources within a creative environment
• Previous experience in an administration background, ideally within HR or operations
• Previous experience in a Film/TV industry desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with highly confidential information
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a broader HR team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy, including Word and Excel proficiency
