As a member of the Support team, you'll analyze top issues facing our users and content creators, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and help manage support operations. Whether directly engaging with our biggest creators, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendors to provide stellar support, you'll drive reach, satisfaction, and resolution - making YouTube an exceptional user experience for everyone.

We support all YouTube users and creators 24/7 around the globe through online communities and social platforms. Our mission is to power authentic community connections at scale. We deliver critical scaled communications in the public eye, we're there for our users when they need us most, and we act as the voice of our community back to internal teams, driving product and policy change.

In this role, you'll drive critical communications and operational processes for @TeamYouTube. You'll be an exceptional social creative and communicator, working closely with a team of fellow community and social managers, product specialists, and support agents to escalate important issues and drive timely resolution.
