The Job

Temporary Post Production Coordinator for an opportunity on documentary-style branded content films.

The Daily
• Person would help vet, negotiate, book and onboard new or returning Post personnel.
• Manage deliverables, vendors and/or special production requests.
• Support two post-production supervisors.
• Must have several years of experience in this type of role.

The Essentials
• You're organized, disciplined industry vet with in-depth knowledge in post production processes, scheduling, and paper deliverables.
• You have exceptional organizational skills and know how to prioritize when everything is a priority.
• You're also a forward thinker - looking ahead to anticipate potential snags, great at troubleshooting, always ready with a solution.
• You will be simultaneously tracking multiple projects with oversight from the post production supervisor.
