Overview and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Review the storyboard and EMR.
• Meet with Director/Supervisor to discuss the Storyboard and ask any pertinent questions.
• Creating slugged storyboard with EMR in preparation for exposure sheets; include all direction, character action, acting, dialogue, camera directions; include thumbnail sketches whenever possible.
• Maintain style and quality of the show. Communicate with Supervisor or Production Coor.
• Meet deadlines; complete appropriate daily quota of footage.

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to manage the production schedule and resources.
• Thorough understanding of animation and film language and process.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work in high pressure, demanding environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills; good multi-tasker.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS preferred.
• 3 – 5 years of aninimation directing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
