The Job

The Marketing Coordinator provides assistance to marketing staff in the implementation of segments of a marketing campaign. Assist in event planning for shows, premieres special events, etc.

The Daily
• Tracking project schedules and budgets, assisting in carrying out tactical parts of marketing plans, archiving and tracking assets, and assisting in preparation of materials
• May coordinate marketing team meetings
• May assist in the compilation and preparation of reports, budget, schedules and related marketing documentation
• Demonstrates proficiency in and working knowledge of several of the function's processes
• Recognizes deviation from accepted practices and confirms appropriate next steps
• Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
• Work is regularly supervised and reviewed for timeliness, accuracy and correct procedures

The Essentials
• 2 - 4 years of progressively responsible coordination experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
