We are seeking a talented Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team to create reliable, distributed data pipelines, build intuitive data products for our stakeholders, and partner with the business to drive rigorous measurement. You will need to show technical and business thought leadership. You will be expected to develop deep collaborations with scientists and engineers. This is a high-impact position where your work will have a direct and high impact on product and business decisions.

What you will do:
• Build and optimize data pipelines to calculate metrics, develop data products, enable experimentation analysis, and support ML models
• Partner with business and engineering teams to define measurement goals and instrumentation
• Build dashboards and visualizations that enable stakeholders to self-serve metrics and trends effectively. Assist and educate on interpretation
• Find ways to automate and scale repeating ad-hoc requests

Who you are:
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in managing cross-functional engineering projects, and thrive in the accompanying responsibility
• Experience building production data pipelines and/or strong knowledge of SQL/Spark/Hive
• Proficient in Python or Scala/Java, and are able to code in a collaborative manner
• [Nice to have] Have familiarity with distributed data stores (Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Druid)
• Have a strong bias for action and quick iteration as opposed to perfection
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own projects
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
