DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the scheduling, trafficking, and production editorial work of approximately 100 titles per year. The two imprints that this person would work with produce licensed books, novelty books, early readers, illustrated chapter books, and picture books.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong copy editing, proofreading, and organizational skills are needed to ensure quality and timeliness of books; ability to supervise freelancers; strong Mac and InDesign skills. 5 plus years of book production experience required, plus ability to supervise freelancers, and strong Mac and InDesign skills. Experience with licensed and novelty formats preferred.
