Creative Director
Responsibilities
• Create EA's mobile creative strategies for brand and business goals
• Work on existing mobile titles and translate umbrella marketing and communications strategy into mobile-focused strategies
• Guide creative development across online/mobile, TV, outdoor, and other formats as applicable in partnership with other marketers, game teams, and external creative partners
• Ensure all EA mobile creatives live up to the quality-bar set by the games themselves
• Create and execute creative testing agendas with support from Creative Strategists
• Manage external production resources to ensure go live dates are supported with robust repository of creatives for marketers to use
• Promote support needed to make EA an outstanding performance creative practice
Requirements
• 7+ years experience creating and marketing gaming titles - preferred experience as internal or agency creative director.
• Experience promoting collaborative working relationships with production, marketing, and product teams
• Use best practices in mobile to achieve our goals
• Ability to work across media channels, networks and platforms
• Excel (can perform complex functions) on top of creative tooling know-how.
• Passion for games
