The Role

CAA's Brand Studio is looking for a multifaceted Account/Project Manager to work closely with clients and manage the workflow of incoming projects. The necessary traits to be successful in this role are purpose-driven, optimistic, strategic and understand culturally relevant design. The ideal Account/Project Manager needs to be comfortable wearing many hats, client services oriented and thrive in an innovative design environment.

Responsibilities

Support Chief Creative Officer (CCO) in new business process
• Research and seek incremental revenue opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Participate in new business intro meetings and deliver opportunity summary
• Participate in concepting and pitch meetings with design team
• Coordinate pitch timing and calendar for prospective clients
Onboard detailing for engagement of new account projects
• Draft SOW (with CCO) for new projects and circulate approved proposals
• Submit SOW with General Counsel and coordinate reviews/updates with CCO oversight
• Circulate final SOW/Engagement letter with new clients and file booking report
• Follow up with Accounts Payable team for all approved invoices/reimbursables

Preplan with CCO to identify key stakeholders, team roles and responsibilities
• Draft and supply Agenda for project Kick-Off
• Create Project Summary for team/client including key milestones and timeline

Provide weekly updates and run point on coordinating Client reviews
• Coordinate appropriate team involvement pending creative deliverables
• Coordinate and track all approvals from CCO and client until completion

Liaison with creative team members on development status and update group status document accordingly, flag any timeline issues with CCO

Maintain and update line items for managed projects on existing Brand Studio Budget Sheet

Post project review for profitability and process

Qualifications
• 2 + years project management experience at a branding agency or in-house brand of relevant category (lifestyle branding – retail, retail experiential, fashion, beauty, home, food).
• Prior support and working knowledge of the brand development process for new brand initiatives (collabs, product development, packaging, etc).
• Familiarity and experience with new business pipeline development.
• Excellent professional outreach skills and proactive spirit.
• Ability to organize and own workflow and collaborate to maintain best practices throughout the creative development process.
• Experienced with Project Management tools and applications (example: Monday, Slack, etc)
