People Team Coordinator- Funimation

ABOUT FUNIMATION

As our People Team Coordinator your mission will be to support our People Partner team in the pursuit of process improvement and excellent partnership with Funimation's business areas. Our role requires someone who can juggle several tasks, keep sensitive information confidential, and work collaboratively. This position is for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, an excellent communicator, and for someone who has a hunger to learn and achieve the basics of talent management.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and evaluate Funimation's off-boarding process end to end, including recommending and implementing process improvements in partnership with IT and conducting exit interviews
• Clean up and maintain our team shared folders ensuring reference information is easy accessible and up to date
• Update organization and team member changes in our HRIS
• Assist with ad hoc team projects, from running basic reports and org chart creation to helping to implement new tools and resources
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure data accuracy of open and filled positions
• Help to create, improve, and document team processes
• Liaise with Sony's People & Organization team regarding any ad hoc reporting requests
• Respond to basic questions and requests from team members and managers
• Assist VP, People with calendar, travel booking, and expense reporting
• Maintain a working knowledge of talent management processes and serve as a resource for the team as well as the organization as a whole

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate G-Suite skills (or MS Office equivalent)
• Previous experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desired but not required
• Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency
 and confidentiality
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment while handling multiple personalities and demands
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proactive problem solver and quick learner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Desire to learn and grow talent management skills
