Job Description

Jet 24/Fox 66/YourErie.com is in need of a commercial producer. This is a union position, 40 hrs/wk, hours are most often 8:30a-5:30p with a one-hour lunch break. Position requires great attention to detail, the ability to work well with a wide variety of people, dependability and some schedule flexibility. Self-motivated, independent, creative individuals with initiative will thrive in this position.

Employee will work closely with sales departments to help conceptualize, write, light, shoot and edit client commercials, and also create and manipulate graphics.

Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop experience mandatory, proficiency highly preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The Commercial Producer must be able to stand, sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work near others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. In addition, the Commercial Producer must be able to lift, set up and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, and be able to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls. Repetitive movements are required. Work may be conducted in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions.
