ZOO has experienced unprecedented levels of growth in the last 12 months and now has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our ambitious growth plans. You'll be part of a small and dynamic HR team reporting to the Head of HR

Position

This role will work with the wider global HR team. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working in partnership with a number of key stakeholders in the business and assist in supporting the growing workforce. You will work strategically to ensure that ZOO has a continuous pipeline of talented individuals to join the business. You will utilise social media channels, job boards and proactive sourcing to enable you to attract talent.

Responsibilities;
• Identifying ZOO's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Proactively source high calibre candidates to join our software engineering and production teams, utilising innovative talent acquisition techniques, tools and methodologies to maximise direct hires and increase our candidate quality and pipeline.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure our processes and practices are fit for purpose.
• Create engaging content and job adverts in line with job description catered to audience
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience for all internal and external recruitment activities. Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
• Be responsible for the full recruitment journey ensuring to deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Manage applications on our ATS, ensuring all jobs and applicants are up to date in real time.
• Track and report all recruitment within the business; measuring on KPIs and metrics to identify improvement within the function
• Assist in co-ordination of and represent ZOO with recruitment events.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service to both our internal clients and candidates.
• In-house recruitment experience, with a focus on tech/digital recruitment
• Knowledge and experience of specialist sourcing tools and social media.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels and employ different styles depending on whom you are dealing with
• Proven success of direct sourcing and ability to adopt creative and innovative approaches to build candidate pipelines
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practice.
• LinkedIn and ATS experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
• Able to develop rapport with others
• Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and prioritize customer needs
• Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues
• Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, adapt to varying customer needs
