Subtitle QC Operator (Evenings & Weekends)

Location: Remote, Flexible Hybrid, or Office Based (El Segundo)

Position

We are currently looking for two Subtitle QC Operators to work evenings and weekends.

Summary

Track, QC, download and deliver subtitle streams using company's proprietary subtitling system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Communicate status, schedules and deliveries with project managers.

QC subtitle streams for sync, placement, language and valid characters.

Prepare used subtitles for conversion.

Create various subtitle outputs per client specifications.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other information

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Shift is Friday through Tuesday from 2:30 p.m. until 11:00 or 11:30 p.m.
