Salary: £40,000- £50,000 Depending on experience

Location: Full remote working/Hybrid/Office based (Sheffield)

Clients include major Hollywood studios and streaming services, like Disney, Netflix, NBCUniversal, Paramount, Facebook, Sony, and HBO, among others.

ZOO offers the end-to-end services needed to securely create digital distribution packages in all languages and for all distribution platforms; services include dubbing, subtitling and captioning, audio description, metadata localization, artwork localization and media processing.

We've experienced high demand for our services during the pandemic and grown substantially over the last Year. Due to further growth in the business, we are now looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join our growing company. This recruitment phase almost doubling the R&D team in the last year.

Position

Your principal function is to manage the end to end implementation and delivery of multiple complex projects. Working with some of the largest media organisations to provide up to the minute information and managing resource to meet the customer's needs.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the creation of the project plan including liaising with internal teams to plan and schedule the deliverables. You will identify and manage risk to mitigate future problems.

You will work in an agile development environment to ensure flexibility for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years working in a client-facing software Project Management role.
• Experience of working to Agile methodologies, Ideally Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of project management tools and experience in creating and maintaining roadmaps and Gantt charts.
• A good understanding of software engineering processes and methodologies.
• Experience in reporting to senior internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to get the best out of people
• An innovative thinker and problem solver, who is well-organised and detail oriented with strong presentation and reporting skills.

• PRINCE2 trained
• Certified Scrum Master
