Position

We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Artwork & Metadata.

Summary

Responsible for day-to-day administration of localized artwork and metadata for use in international markets. This person will be a point of contact for the several projects overseeing the working with various internal departments, studios and the client as they will require regular updates and information. This job holder will meet negotiated milestone dates for their assigned titles by proactively identifying issues early in production. In addition, this job holder will need to propose solutions to issues and roadblocks that occur during production.

The Project Manager serves as a liaison between Zoo and its clients and facilitates the workflow with internal and external resources from start to end.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage incoming orders from the client.

Coordinating with artwork and localization groups.

Manage metadata localization and upload to client databases.

Manage artwork localization and delivery to client.

Research and tracking of localized title approvals.

Client communication.

Manage all billing inquires.

Asset tracking and movement coordination.

Verifying timeliness of project deliveries.

Creating and maintaining project status and tracking reports.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

Microsoft Suite

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Project Management Skills

Previous experience in Localization

Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Salary range: $24-$28/hour
