ZOO has experienced unprecedented levels of growth in the last 12 months and now has an exciting opportunity for a Dubbing Manager to join our busy Dubbing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at our award-winning company which is made up of some of the smartest thinkers in entertainment.
Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise, manage and coordinate international dubbing and contact services process from start to finish.
• The Dubbing Production Managers must have established relationships with dubbing houses worldwide.
• Serve as the point of contact between studios, internal/external departments, clients, vendors and dubbing studios all over the world.
• Manage all aspects of the budget, script translation, casting scheduling, dubbing engineers, cast and supplier management through to delivery of final material to client.
Competencies
• Direct and coordinate the activities of the entire process of dubbing.
• Manage all production functions for the dubbing office/studio ensuring all deliveries are made within deadline and within budget. Continual evaluation of processes to ensure the company remains efficient.
• Maintain communication with the vendors, clients and internal departments to stay informed with business developments and change and ensure production models and processes are ready to adapt to change, new business and growth.
• Training and guiding of new colleagues.
• Participate in regular production meetings to stay up-to-date of any operations needs and changes of the clients.
• Monitor and manage all costs for dubbing offices, production and overhead costs in order to ensure that expected gross margin targets are met and costs are managed.
• Ensure the personnel problems are addressed and resolved to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Qualification in Project Management essential
• Experience in broadcasting, localization, or video film production
• Experience in managing a team in a similar environment a plus
• Experience with or interest in film/entertainment is desirable
• Knowledge of scripting or translation/adaptation and basic knowledge of audio recording
• Multiple language skills are desirable
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups.
• Ability to read and understand complex specification documents.
