Position
ABOUT THE ROLE
Salary: Up to c£44,000 DOE
Location: London/Hybrid Remote Working
Due to continued expansion, ZOO Digital are currently seeking a Post-Production Scheduler to join our global Audio Mixing team. Our Audio Mixing team is responsible for the successful delivery of audio mixes/files/elements that meet the needs and specifications of the client. Our Audio Engineers will also perform loudness conformance and bounce deliverable outputs for audio mixes, assist the dubbing team with asset research in relation to audio quality and content, and assist the Audio Video QC team with final deliverable QC.
As Post-Production Scheduler, you will work closely with Project Managers, Dubbing team, and Post Production team to manage and maintain the schedules for our global team of Audio Mixers. The Post-Production Scheduler will identify any capacity, resource, or skillset issues and ensure these are reported into the line manager.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
• Coordinate daily with project managers
• Maintain and update asset delivery schedules
• Manage the day-to-day schedules for our global team of audio mixers
• Run capacity reports and advise Project Managers/Post Managers of any potential issues
• Attend kick off meetings for new projects.
• Help determine the correct workflow and due dates for projects
• Liaise with third party vendors
• Monitor and report the finances around projects
Requirements
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for dynamic and experienced applicants, ideally with backgrounds in Audio Engineering. As well strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail, we are keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience;
• Previous project management or scheduling experience
• Experience gained within a Post-Audio environment
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise changing workloads
