Job Description

As the Vendor Manager, you will manage vendor operations supporting YouTube Products, analyze issues facing our paid product users and content creators, work with cross-functional teams, and help manage support operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end YouTube vendor operations and work on YouTube Products to enable support for users and creators across channels.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage vendor performance in region, driving vendor selection, consultation, and overall vendor operations strategies.
• Develop and maintain the overall regional workflow strategy, identify and mitigate risk from a delivery standpoint, and ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
• Lead efficient and effective escalation management in line with the established policies and procedures.
• Lead regular business reviews and vendor relationship management activities, and partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to lead vertical improvements and efficiencies at scale.
• Contribute to global initiatives by defining overall operations strategy, working with internal groups to understand business requirements, implement processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing vendor operations across multiple geographies.
• Experience in operations, strategy, and planning.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience delivering results through cross-functional interaction with sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
• Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
