Strategy and Operations Manager, Global Scaled Operations

Job Description

As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will help the Global Scaled Operation (GSO) team operate at scale with a focus on how to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will establish and lead change management projects and run our annual and quarterly planning program. You will partner with our Director to provide consistent narratives across high profile initiatives and in our forums like functional meetings and business reviews. You will work on developing organization-wide communications contact points, including forums that drive employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and ensure inclusion.
