Job Description
As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will offer critical support to the YouTube Communications Strategy and Operations team, implementing and maintaining long-term solutions to help the team streamline execution and amplify impact. Working in tandem with the Head of Strategy and Operations, you will help identify opportunities for business improvements, and methods to define/measure the success of those initiatives. In this role, you will be key in designing and implementing rollout plans, keeping systems up to date and providing insights for future improvements. Areas you will support include analysis of press sentiment, workflow tracking and management, and illustrating insights via presentations. You will be driven to break down and help solve nuanced problems, then implement solutions at a global scale.
