The YouTube Partner Program engages millions of content creators - a group that's growing quickly, and will grow even faster in the coming years. Many of these creators are responsible for ''what is original'' on YouTube, and are building the media companies of the future. Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the Partner Development team makes sure that YouTube's creators around the world have a great experience and achieve success on the platform.

The Content Partnerships team works with YouTube creators and media companies, helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions, and recommendations. The YouTube Partner Program consists of a growing number of content partners, and we are a fast-paced and proactive team serving YouTube's partners around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on YouTube.

As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Content Partnerships team, you'll help our YouTube creators and companies to build, grow, and expand their presence on YouTube, while assisting their development into the next generation of YouTube stars. As an SPM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to cultivate and grow these creators.

The YouTube team helps budding creators build careers, creates products like YouTube Kids, YouTube Music, and YouTube Gaming, and engages communities around shared passions and global conversations. Together, we empower the world to create, broadcast, and share.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators and digital publishers in the areas of Entertainment, Sports, News, Gaming, Beauty/Fashion, Cooking, and more.
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts towards performance goals, including product adoption, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business growth.
• Work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve customer relationships, grow distribution, and drive strategic growth.
• Drive, measure, and analyze overall creator performance; streamline operational workflows and process improvements.
• Project manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events, and other scaled initiatives; act as a liaison between creators and our cross-functional teams, serving as a consultant as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role with customer support, sales, and/or relationship development.
• Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrated experience with successful process management and developing client/partner relationships.
• Ability to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as cross-functionally.
• Passion for finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.
• Excellent communication, presentation planning, workshop facilitation and time management skills, with attention to detail.
