Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the YouTube Partner Development & Services team provides seamless help to our partners, creators, and artists on YouTube, ensuring an exceptional experience for all YouTube users.

Partner Development team works with YouTube creators, artists, labels and media companies, helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions, and recommendations. The YouTube Partner Program consists of a growing number of content partners. We are a team serving YouTube's partners around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on YouTube.

As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Partner Development team, you'll help our YouTube media companies and creators to build, grow, and expand their presence on YouTube. As an SPM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams based in-market and regionally to nurture and grow these partners.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of YouTube companies and creators across Ukraine.
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts towards performance goals, including product adoption, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and growth by developing customized analytical strategies.
• Drive, measure, and analyse overall partner performance against key metrics as well as streamline operational workflows and process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve partner relationships, grow distribution and drive strategic business growth.
• Manage initiatives to grow partners, including workshops, events, and other scaled initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in partner/account/client management, business development, or partner acquisition.
• Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Ukrainian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience improving processes and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Passion for finding, developing, and managing YouTube partners.
