Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of general entertainment creators to assess their unique needs and goals, craft a plan to grow their channel, and deliver insights and strategy to enable their success on YouTube. Your role will be both external (creator-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will optimize creator channels and develop relationships to ensure your portfolio of YouTube Creators take full advantage of our ever-growing suite of offerings.

Resonsibilities:
• Project manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events, and other scaled initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators through consistent high-touch engagement, and develop customized analytical strategies, guiding them to maximize watch time hours and audience engagement, engage and understand new features, policies, and platform improvements, build a strong channel community, and
strategize new product usage, content strategy, and alternative business generation opportunities.
• Identify key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively using internal analytics tools.
• Streamline operational workflow and process improvements by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between creators and our cross-functional teams, serving as a consultant as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in account/partnership management or business development within an online company.
• Business development experience with media or internet agreements.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities in the media and/or digital space.
• Experience as a YouTube creator, and/or a passion for finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
• Excellent analytical, advisory, discussion, and agreement drafting skills, with exceptional leadership skills.
