Strategic Partner Manager, Gaming

Job Description

The YouTube Partner Program consists of fast-growing content creators, artists, and companies. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Partner Development team enables, empowers and inspires the next generation of YouTube talent and media companies through 1:1 consultations and program work.

As a gaming Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Partner Development team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of established, gaming-focused creators with a mix of general entertainment creators. Your role will be both external (partner-facing) and internal with many cross-functional initiatives.

In this role, you'll balance business development and operations at scale. You will have an opportunity to identify and develop YouTube's next set of top talent.

You'll renew existing partnerships, optimize partner channels and upscale potential opportunities. You cultivate partner relationships to make sure they can take full advantage of Google's ever-growing suite of offerings. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs.
