As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you will have a unique opportunity to create lasting partner relationships. You will work on complex content agreements with partners, as well as work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success and our users enjoy the best experience possible.

You will also initiate and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting and content management, and creating periodic reports on partner performance.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage and optimize existing partnerships to improve business growth and user experience, while maintaining relationships with partners.
• Identify opportunities with existing partners by finding creative ways to jointly contribute to the partner's overall goals by digital means on YouTube.
• Develop commercial video strategies with partners, and work cross-functionally to ensure plan execution.
• Deliver audience development and content strategy workshops to help partners to grow their business on YouTube.
• Develop agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to complete and sustain effective relationships with external counterparts.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in media or online video.
• Experience in account management, partnership management, and/or business development.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Online business development experience in a media or technology company.
• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with one or more of the following content industries: Sports, News or Digital Publishing.
• Understanding of content distribution and licensing.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial topics with partners.
