Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As the online advertising industry becomes more complex, with a large number of products, a higher level of expertise in the Sales team is needed to provide excellent service to our customers and help them achieve their business objectives.

In this role, you will become the trusted advisor for the customer, Google industry managers, and account managers and work with them on how to best utilize video solutions to drive reach and performance. You'll develop your skills by staying on top of the latest training and material, and interacting with global experts on an ongoing basis.

You'll work with video solutions, tools, and frameworks with a particular focus on action. You'll drive business growth, and work closely with the Italian Large Customer Sales teams to help customers embrace the audiovisual shift.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Resonsibilities:
• Design and execute the YouTube business plan for a dedicated sector/industry, in partnership with Industry Heads.
• Lead and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs) and be an advocate for our strategic YouTube solutions across Reach, Select, and Action.
• Collaborate with Industry Managers and Account Managers to identify top opportunities and manage an outstanding YouTube pipeline.
• Pitch and activate the most ambitious, complex, or innovative campaigns within portfolio.
• Drive growth both within the portfolio and by engaging the broader Italian sales teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Experience working with digital marketing products.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Italian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with media agencies, digital media players, or TV advertising.
• Experience working with performance advertisers.
• Ability to be autonomous and can prioritize tasks.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholders management.
