Resonsibilities:
• Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy, objectives, key results, and key performance indicator development for our business domain.
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams in order to identify opportunities, design, and assess improvements to YouTube's business.
• Make business recommendations, conveying findings at multiple levels including executive leadership, managers, and peers through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Conduct non-routine analyses, including data gathering, processing, and analysis employing advanced statistical and machine learning methods, with ongoing deliverables to improve the quality of Insights teams.
• Lead development and deployment of centralized reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze, report, and present partnerships and operations-related data that is associated with YouTube Content Organization. Use effective data visualization and analytical skills to enable faster decision-making and execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in SQL (e.g., MySQL, MapReduce).

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience writing and maintaining extract, transform, and load scripts (ETLs) that operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Experience with presenting complex technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced environment.
