Resonsibilities:
• Understand and prioritize geopolitical events in order to anticipate and analyze potential YouTube content implications.
• Communicate analysis to executive management and cross-functional stakeholders in order to lead prioritization and risk mitigation decisions.
• Support operational counterparts during fast-moving and ambiguous situations to assist in the mitigation of content risk on YouTube.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in program management, intelligence, or a product-focused role.
• Ability to speak and write in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, French, German, or Spanish fluently

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams, including experience interacting with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global events (e.g., political, economic, and cultural drivers of global conflicts) and how social media impacts contentious global issues.
• Understanding of YouTube and the social media ecosystem.
