In this role, you will be accountable for scaling Trust and Safety review operations in close partnership with various internal operations teams. You'll own processes and service implementations, development of operational plans, issue resolutions, business reviews, and internal operations program management. You will also contribute to the long-term operational strategy, service delivery model, and continuous improvement of business processes.
You'll collaborate with the Director of Operations and their leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations, partner with internal and external stakeholders on priority projects, and drive strategic planning and development of the global organization. You will help run the organization through business operations, project and program management, and strategic planning and communications.
You'll bring expertise in effective communication, an action-based mindset, and an agile and creative approach to solving problems to build strong executive-level relationships. You will collaborate across teams at YouTube to complete complex tasks, drive organizational-wide impact, and foster operational excellence.

Resonsibilities:
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools to effectively manage reviewer operations. Identify challenges and issues across the organization, creating programs and/or processes to solve them.
• Help with annual strategic and business planning processes and quarterly goal setting in coordination with other key teams. Assist in translating our strategy into action.
• Drive operational performance, partnering with the Delivery and Analytics team to develop and monitor key performance indicators to proactively manage operations. Track key trends in metrics and synthesize implications.
• Oversee team-wide and executive communications, including weekly executive leadership updates.
• Represent the Director of Operations in cross-organizational projects, programs, and processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in support operations or enabling vendor operations
• 5 years of experience in people management
• Experience with executive stakeholder management and cross-functional partnerships
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience operating in global management roles and managing multiple stakeholders and executives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders across a variety of contexts/problem-spaces to drive results
• Ability to be curious, take initiative, set a positive environment, and thrive in a fast-paced team
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, be proactive, make constructive suggestions, create incremental improvements, and drive step changes
• Excellent attention to detail and business acumen, and communication, organizational, operational, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
