Job Description

The Global Portfolio Enablement team in YouTube provides program management to empower Partner Managers across Creator, Artist and Company programs. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, Program Managers on the team focus on project management to support YouTube's key operational priorities and drive actionable insights.

You will apply critical thinking to make recommendations and inform major business decisions. The role demands strong analytical experience, stakeholder management, and ability to be hands on in optimizing business operations. You will work closely with Executive Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and reams spanning Partner Go-to-Market, Marketing and Partnerships teams to implement the strategy and report on key results.
