Job Description
The Go-To-Market and Support Solutions team is a global team working to ensure our users get the most out of YouTube. We provide dedicated and scaled support, strategic go-to-market plan development, partnership resources, product and policy insights based on user feedback, and scaled partnership management to ensure that all users can grow within the YouTube ecosystem. We ensure products get to market, support users when they need help, and capture user feedback to drive product excellence and market fit.

Scaled Partnerships represent the small and medium-sized creators that comprise the majority of partners in the YouTube Partner Program. This is a diversified portfolio of partners, ranging in tenure, vertical, format, subscribers, language, and more. The mission of the organization is to scalably grow business, engagement, and satisfaction of small and medium partners - ensuring a healthy, growing, and happy ecosystem. We do this at scale by delivering the right recommendation to the right partner at the right time in their life cycle by communicating in product and via email. In addition, we work closely with Youtube's Scaled Support and Education and Partner Experience teams to deliver best practice resources through interactive experiences.

As a Program Manager, you'll partner with marketing, product, and data science to design and deliver automated growth marketing journeys that help creators grow their audiences and make a living on YouTube. You'll keep workstreams on track and drive impact at scale. Your efforts will focus on partners using YouTube Shorts.

Resonsibilities:
• Collaborate across partnerships, operations, marketing, and product, to deliver scaled partner management for YouTube's small and medium-sized creators, beginning with designing and launching automated communications journeys that help partners be successful with YouTube Shorts products.
• Design campaign experiments to drive the usage of Shorts products in support of business objectives and key results. Measure the impact of automated partner management campaign experiments and keep stakeholders informed of progress and results.
• Partner with scaled communications marketing to scale successful campaign experiments to audiences, sometimes working with YouTube product/engineering teams to build the roadmap for achieving full campaign automation.
• Advocate for YouTube's small/medium-sized creators. Engage in strategic planning across YouTube as an advocate for partners and align goals across Operations, Marketing, Product/Engineering, and Partnerships, delivering partner success.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in business
• 4 years of experience in program management, marketing, operations, or consulting

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, executive stakeholder management, and leadership through influence
• Understanding of growth marketing processes
• Passion for keeping businesses moving forward, challenging the status quo, and turning strategy into impact
• Project management, problem solving, and analysis skills combined with excellent business judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
