Job Description

Whether you're on a consumer product (Search, YouTube, Maps, Android, Play) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you will take part in a complete marketing experience as you will lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external communications, you will help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you will work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering, and more. You'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Product Marketing Manager for YouTube Consumer Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and supporting marketing programs and campaigns to drive brand love, trust, and satisfaction in the user, creator, key opinion formers ecosystem. Your work will be instrumental in developing the YouTube brand in Hong Kong, from tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns, to analyzing what's working and what's not working, and to continuously optimizing our campaign execution. You will understand the YouTube ecosystem and structure and prioritize initiatives to make impact. You will lead and support cross-functional stakeholders, as well as manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and sponsors to get things done. You will work closely with the regional and global marketing teams, cross-functional partnership teams.
