Job Description
The YouTube Ads Marketing team is responsible for bringing the magic and opportunity of YouTube to life for advertisers. We show advertisers how YouTube is essential for brand building by demonstrating YouTube's effectiveness and driving familiarity and affinity of YouTube to advertisers.

As a Product Marketing Manager on YouTube Ads Marketing, you will manage large and complex projects. You will oversee brand campaigns, media planning, and implementation of global marketing processes for the YouTube Ads Marketing team. You will work with our agencies and collaborate with marketing managers leading various programs globally.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Resonsibilities:
• Develop go-to-market plans for the global YouTube Ads Marketing team, developing marketing frameworks and best practices.
• Drive execution and project management of key initiatives and oversee budgets.
• Manage global research and claims processes, translate insights into culturally-relevant strategies and opportunities, and articulate implications and impacts for the brand and our business.
• Consult and support global teams on priority initiatives to ensure appropriate application of global brand strategy, deployment of global brand resources, media, tracking, and measurement.
• Work with agency partners, media lab, and internal brand studio partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of marketing experience.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with communication planning and campaign measurement/reporting, either on the customer-side or agency.
• Experience leading the development and execution of global strategic marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments, with solid problem-solving skills.
• Solid analytical and strategic skills, with excellent ability to communicate data and insights, utilizing storytelling techniques to paint a clear, compelling picture.
• Excellent program and project management skills.
