As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will work with a global team from Policy, Enforcement, Product, Engineering, Tools, Legal, and other teams to prevent violative content from appearing on the site. With tools and technology, you will evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations, and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. You'll review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities.

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $94,000 - $101,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Resonsibilities:
• Understand YouTube's misinformation content policies and ensure high-quality policy enforcement.
• Oversee YouTube's impersonation workflow, including tooling improvements, and scaled workflow optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and clearly communicate initiatives to the broader organization, including local teams.
• Execute elections integrity strategy across YouTube in close partnership with Legal, Product, Engineering, Intel, Google Trust and Safety, and YouTube Trust and Safety Content Policy.
• Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring high-quality enforcement and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management, or process/organizational improvement.
• Ability to speak and write in Brazilian Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the misinformation or elections space, specifically in Brazil, Mexico, or other Latin American markets.
• Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
• Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a focus in international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation, cyber crime, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
• Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently.
• Demonstrated business judgment, combined with influencing and communication skills.
