Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

Working on the YouTube Kids Experiences team, you'll build a safer online experience for kids and families across the globe. As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you'll implement and enforce our Kids Content Policies across millions of videos. You will ensure that we improve our understanding of trends and risks to content safety on the YouTube Kids app and related products. This includes understanding the abusive patterns of bad actors to help prevent and remove offensive content as fast as possible, as well as helping the product to identify and incentivize high-quality, relevant content for kids of varying ages and developmental stages.
