Job Description

The Business Compliance Operations team at YouTube is established to ensure that our ever growing business builds foundations that we can leverage to scale. This team balances YouTube's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company.

In this role, you will lead YouTube's business organizations' payment obligation. You'll be part of the team that builds frameworks, processes, and systems that help make YouTube successful globally.

You will be ensuring that calculations and reports are accurate and aligned with all contractual obligations and internal policies.

You will set the direction in payments compliance by aligning different engineering, product, and operations teams, and by building on the strengths of those teams.
