The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals

The team focuses on top YouTube creators in Japan. We engage with them at scale. Our job is to understand the creators needs and guide them towards their channel success through product adoption, content strategy, and branding.

Partner Communication Designer improves the quality of communication between Youtube Strategic Parter Managers (SPMs) and creators, at scale. We engage partners at 1:100 ratio. This requires efficiency in how we communicate. We want the person who would be able to try new methods which will be low cost and high impact.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage newsletters, bulk pitch emails
• Run experiments (including A/B testing) on engaging and driving product adoption through scaled communications.
• Track and analyze data from communications to understand the creator's needs and improve creator-facing communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment
• Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in customer/partner support.
• Experience in professional writing or editing.
• Experience in problem solving projects.
• Experience in the media and entertainment.
• Experience as a Youtube creator.
