Job Description

As Logistics Specialist, you will have the responsibility of forward and/or reverse fulfillment. You will help the leadership team build business plans, deliver consumer and market insights, and identify new opportunities to improve operations.

Resonsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements as informed to the customer and work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery times.
• Manage decision-making behind the fulfillment logic for orders, across all fulfillment channels, and identify opportunities for action.
• Oversee the logistics related metrics including shipping timelines, delivery timelines, undelivered return (RTO), customer return (DTO), and cost per delivery.
• Benchmark our practices with competitors, and conceptualizing programs, processes, and product features that enable to achieve excellent customer experience.
• Innovate to improve customer experience, and work towards contributing to the sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, operations, fulfillment, e-commerce, and/or related tech startups

Preferred qualifications:
• MBA
or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work in a changing and ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to work on large and complex datasets
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines, with the ability to be detail-oriented and data-driven
• Excellent communication and networking skills to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders
• Effective analytical and complex problem-solving skills with effective business acumen
