Job Description

As a Live Solutions Consultant, you will support the Partner Dev Organization's implementation of YouTube Live events and support of new YouTube Live products. Solutions Consultants lead projects, consult on event agreements, oversee Live integrations in relation to a Live event, and support the platform's launch of new YouTube Live related projects. At its core, a Live Solutions Consultant will provide product support to Managed Partners that include troubleshooting questions, technical pre-sales, product implementation, and delivering trainings to external partners as well as internal teams.

Resonsibilities:
• Support the Partner Dev Organization's implementation of YouTube Live events and support of new Live products.
• Lead live projects, consult on event agreements, oversee integrations in relation to a YouTube Live event, and support the platform's launch of new YouTube Live related projects.
• Provide live product support to managed partners that include troubleshooting questions, technical pre-sales, product implementation, and delivering trainings to external Partners as well as internal Teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in live streaming production.
• Experience interfacing with partners, advertisers, or clients to partner manage initiatives.
• Experience planning, designing, and deploying streaming production workflows.

Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of standard industry live production, gear, processes, and practices.
