Job Description

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to create relationships with a portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You will develop innovative content programs and content agreements with partners, and work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube, providing the best possible experience for our users.

The Gaming Publisher business at YouTube is a cross-functional product area. On this team, you will influence investment strategies and partner with stakeholders to build the future of gaming content on the platform. You'll be involved in shaping the way YouTube develops products for users who watch and play games.

As the Lead, Gaming Publishers Partnerships, you'll lead a team of strategic partner managers in North America to guide them in effectively building relationships with industry constituents, working through tasks including, content investment strategies, creative agreement structures, and the day-to-day account activities of YouTube Gaming Publishers. Game Publishers touch a variety of products including Google Ads, Google Play, Google Cloud, and Stadia.

You'll develop cross-functional strategic initiatives that result in growth for gaming content.
