Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the YouTube Support team provides seamless, brilliant support to our content creators, advertisers, and viewers on all platforms around the world. Our goal is to ensure users have easy access to comprehensive support when and where they need it, and to allow our users' voices to help shape product solutions.

As a member of the Support team, you'll analyze top issues facing our users and content creators, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and help manage support operations. Whether directly engaging with our biggest creators, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendors to provide stellar support, you'll drive reach, satisfaction, and resolution - making YouTube an exceptional user experience for everyone.

As Global Scaled Partnerships Operations Lead, you'll work with the greater Scaled Partnerships team and with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and others to build and execute against our long-term scaled creator strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our efforts are in service to our strategy, scale creator segmentation efforts, work with our Growth Scientists and Data Science to ensure we're constantly improving YouTube's value proposition for our scaled creators, and work with regional to shape and manage regional strategies.

• Lead our long-term Scaled Partnerships strategy development, and partner with team members and regional leads to scale our efforts globally.
• Be the owner of our scaled creator segmentation, and coordinate lifecycle marketing activities across YouTube teams.
• Drive our efforts to manage our scaled creators business to unlock new value for creators and viewers.
• Be a scaled creator expert and advocate across YouTube teams and product areas.


Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, other quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in business lead role at major digital media or technology company

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
• Leadership experience in consumer internet and digital media industries, especially in data-driven roles leading cross-functional teams to achieve complex goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and expertise in influencing a range of audiences, including executives
• Exceptional business judgment, cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and analysis skills
• Expertise in consumer/creator segmentation and lifecycle marketing/goal setting
