Job Description
You will drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will directly analyze large data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs.
In this role, you will support the YouTube marketing team with guiding intelligence, specifically in understanding the impact of YouTube's marketing across all supported products and functions. You will work with global methodologies, tools, and vendors, developing methodologies, managing all measurement, and extracting actionable insights that will shape marketing and communications to better resonate with YouTube's audiences.

Resonsibilities:
• Develop insights that inform global marketing efforts and measure marketing impact.
• Define measurement methodologies and the roadmap to develop capabilities.
• Provide understanding of the incremental impact of key initiatives.
• Develop insights across datasets marketing channels.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines, experiments, and other functions needed for measurement purposes.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in client-side media and marketing measurement.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience leading multi-country measurement programs.
• Knowledge of measurement methodologies (e.g., drivers and multivariate analysis, marketing mix models, attribution logic, etc.).
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and process flow skills.
