Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As the Global Solutions team for YouTube, our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world by effectively monetizing YouTube with advertisers. Our role is to translate the global market needs into meaningful solutions that drive business results by serving as a direct link between the business and products. We lead cross-functional work streams to turn product innovation into complete, packaged solutions that allow advertisers to achieve their business objectives while supporting front-line Sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for all data driven analysis and dashboard creation that will inform YouTubes format creative and ads quality product suite. In partnership with the Global Product Leads, you will drive growth, product adoption goals, and influence product roadmaps through data driven insights to ensure the YouTube Formats, Creative, and Ads Quality product suite is set up for long-term success.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.

Resonsibilities:
• ​​Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
• Build business cases supported by market research and data analysis that reflect global business needs to inform strategic product decisions.
• Build and maintain product and sales dashboards.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in business strategy or finance or product analyst/specialist.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, demonstrating ability to influence peers/leadership.
• Experience with SQL (e.g., developing complex analysis and building dashboards).
• Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing innovative solutions for multiple audiences.
