Job Description
Small and medium-sized creators in YouTube's Partner Program represent the majority of partners in YouTube's monetization program. The mission of the Scaled Partner Management
organization is to help these small and medium partners succeed on YouTube using scaled solutions. This team reports to the Director, Go-To-Market, Scaled Partnerships and Support Solutions.

As the Director, Global Scaled Partner Management for YouTube, you will have the opportunity to help millions of creators be effective on the platform, through scaled communications and experiences. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Support, you will set the vision, drive the strategy, and be accountable for delivering cross-functional team goals. You will be responsible for developing a global automated partnership management program to reach the right creators at the right time with the right message.

In this role, you will shape how we influence product and marketing teams to ensure we are intentional with our partners, partner issues are addressed, and we are supporting our partners at scale.

Resonsibilities:
• Develop global strategy and own performance of small and medium partners.
• Collaborate with YouTube stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Support) to proactively develop and deliver scaled initiatives that drive small and medium partner happiness and success.
• Partner with leaders of organizations to set and execute shared priorities, addressing partner issues and supporting partners at scale.
• Lead the process of defining the small and medium partner annual plan and objectives and key results, providing metrics and insights on key business outcomes, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring the strategic vision is communicated across the organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in consulting, software, internet and/or media industries.
• 10 years of consulting or project management experience, including experience in an operating role for a technology firm.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading, retaining, and developing talent.
• Ability to present to executives and communicate with a technical management team, synthesizing data into useful formats and presenting actionable insights.
• Ability to work between details and higher-level implications of critical business issues.
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with solid business judgment and excellent communication skills.
