Go-to-Market and Support Solutions is a global team working to ensure our users get the most out of YouTube. We provide dedicated and scaled support, strategic go-to-market plan development, partnership resources, product and policy insights based on user feedback, and scaled partnership management to ensure that all users can grow within the YouTube ecosystem. We ensure products get to market, support users when they need help, and capture user feedback to drive product excellence and market fit.

As a YouTube Communications Strategists, you will help many of YouTube users get the most out of our products through helpful, high-quality, and timely scaled content.

You'll partner across YouTube with other Communications Strategists, product specialists, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports and educates YouTube users. You will drive projects and write content that ensure a consistent experience across the Help center, learning material, and internal knowledge bases.
